Saudi Arabia and U.S. Sign Strategic Security Agreements to Enhance Regional Stability

Riyadh 27 May 2025 – As a major advancement aimed at improving security across the region the Saudi Arabian Minister of Interior Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud, has signed numerous agreement to U.S. counterpart agencies. These agreements, which were reported through The Saudi Press Agency, focus on improving capabilities in the areas of security, drug control as well as critical infrastructure protection and security-related training.

The agreements are focused on specific areas including those in the General Directorate of Narcotics Control and the Facilities Security Forces. They emphasizing the growth of human capital and transfer of knowledge to improve effectiveness of operations.
